I am looking to set up a 2000 sqft grow in Colorado. I plan on being legal and having 1 caregiver for the grow with 5 patients under them. I am looking for input from other growers in the area. What legal problems would i be dealing with? rep for help.

Not sure you would be dealing with any legal issues if you grow according to the Colorado law. Keep it under 99 to avoid fed issues and have your paperwork in order, know the law.

Get a lawyer with a lot of experience with commercial medical experience, that will cost but is deductible expense, ensure all staff have NO criminal records, are clean honest types, educated in horticulture and or pharmacy medicine, preferably with 5 years experience in each..although you may see yourself as a grower 90% of the time you will be dealing with local government and state level health and legal matters ...totally hassle and boring, get a good tax expert, and expect this to be a very rocky ride ...indeed
budget $50.00 -$100.00 start up up cost per square foot of space provided .....keep the rep! this is RIU.

One plant is illegal under Fed law.

How many people have been convicted under federal law for growing one plant in the last 10 years? Being illegal and being enforced are two different things.
I know at least one two years ago, but it was on a military base.
