colorado caregivers question

Please correct me if I am wrong. My understanding is that if I grow over my patients 2oz I must destroy any left overs? I can't sell it to a mmc or another patient. So if leo shows up during harvest I could be screwed. Each plant is at least 1oz but more like 2. Any caregivers out there with info I don't know?

Have your patients get their edibles doctors scrip. Smarter than smoking and easier than vaping. English muffins never tasted so good with canna butter!
Everyone knows it takes more medicine to make edibles and doctors know this as well. The whole 3 plant Vegging/3 flowering is a stupid joke. Bad part about smaller plant counts is: Bugs/diseases, in-experienced growers and outdoor grows that are at the mercy of mother nature. Your medicine can be here one day, gone the next. Thing I REALLY hate about edibles is making something and it turns out...well, not as tasty as you envisoned. ;) But, you still have to take your medicine, and you learn from your mistakes, hopefully. Bon Appetit!

To make it work you have to stagger your plants into flower and finish one a month or so. If you flower all 3 at once then you will always end up with too much.
Option 2 is to make hash out of the leftovers. Bubble hash factors into the weight value the same as bud.

But, yes it sucks. Patients with a card or caregivers should just be able to grow and keep whatever they need. If some are shipping to the black market, deal with them instead of punishing everyone.

Sounds like a trap by leo to get rid of caregivers altogether. Really sucks for those of us real caregivers who care. And are not trying to get rich.
