I always make my own C.S but this time when I made it, it killed my plants.

I always make it with .999 silver and a 12v 300ma power supply, own the silver is touching the water etc...

i keep it "cooking" for about 26 hours until the ppm is around 30-35ppm. This time the water was a little darker after cooking and i could see little particles in the C.S. the only thing different with this run was I used tap water instead of distilled. We have some of the best tap water in the world with a ppm of only 85 with very low metal content. I figured it would not make a difference since our water is so pure.

Has anyone ever encountered this or know what caused it.

I also spray the bud sites usually once a day sometimes twice every day until I see male parts.

That would be the impurities in the tap water that caused your process to produce other toxic byproducts. Only use the .999 silver and the distilled water and the resulting product will be fine. Just be glad you didn't drink it you might have looked like this

Your tap water may not be all that great if you noticed a diff between distilled and the tap I would go back to using distilled since everything I've ever seen or read has mentioned so.

Why the hell did you use tap water ? Distilled water cost 2$ a gallon, honestly i can't say what difference it made or if it's really responsible for killing your plants, i just wouldn't take any risk with my weed over 2$. Tap water may look clean or taste good if you don't get it analyzed you can't say whats it contain

I actually can say what it contains it's tested every 3 months and i personally check the ppm weekly so over the coarse of 15+ years and not much change I'm pretty certain what's in it.

that was my understanding that water was just a carrier and any small impurities would only result in a longer manufacturing of it.

I had no more distilled water and didn't feel like making anymore of it.

I'll post a few pics later today. But the entire plant is drooping, soft stem and has no vigor. It also is turning a very slight darker color where the CS was sprayed.

i almost feel it was the silver.
this was a new batch of silver from a new/different source.

I personally have never used the cs, but have been wanting to try it, what's the difference between the shit you can buy in the drug store and making your own?? Is it just more cost effecient to make your own??

Why go through all that trouble making CS when you can just smack the bitch around every time you visit her? She will eventually one day grow enough balls to stand up to you.
