CO2 on the roots? from my understanding, plants absorb CO2 through the leaves like in grade-school. if you want to save your roots, put a cap-full of hydrogen peroxide in your res or 5ml of Botanicare sensizyme to destroy rotten roots and algae to convert it to food for the plant and a few drops of superthrive for the stress it recieved, if you got $ for it. hope it all gets fixed dude.

Yeah im not trying to get it on the roots lol its meant for the leaves i was just worried the pump was sending it directly to the roots. Thanks mate and yep its all sorted thankfully the ladies are looking much better. The algae seems to have gone and ph is stabilising. Im gonna go the tea method i think to be on the safe side from now on. Superthrive and rhizo definately helped, the roots are booming in last 24hours

nah mate no journal, not sure of strains, got some of a full indica strain and the DWC bin in question are a sativa dominant. Got a few NL x Shiva seedlings on the way though
