Can you take clones from flowering plants. I mean flowering in the second month with buds all over... Exactly how would you do it, if so, the right way... Also when seeds show after poping in rapid rooters when do you move them into a cloner like areoponics tub??:leaf:

Its never to late to take a clone....you can take a clone even if your plant is in bud or has buds

You want a small lower inside inner branch..... pull the start as you usually would... change shop lights to 24/7 it takes a person in dirt 3-4 weeks to root the bud... then about 2 weeks after rooting branches will grow out of the bud.

I believe this is called jumping a generation when you go through the plants entire life cycle and pull a clone after its been budding for awhile and revert it back to vegetive growth

Wont be in dirt. Wanted to put in roughneck tub with rapid rooters and the rocks. What and when do you add nutes with them? And what PPM? Also do you take the whold little ones even with a bud on top? Most if not all the stems have hairs and little or big buds. Need more details. Thanks

No problem....starts are taken the same way.....the aero cloners actually root the starts in 7 to 10 days insted of 3-4 weeks

do you have a aero-cloner heres a link on a DIY cloner http://www.technologygarden.net/index.php/diy-tutorials/tg-tutorial-building-your-own-homemade-aeroponic-cloning-machine/

Yes, I made the areo myself and all the rest. Works but nothing in it yet. Was going to put the seedlings and clones in it for veg then move them when four noded to flower tubes. Need to know best PPM for clones in the system and if the seedlings need nutes or can handle the PPM for the flowering plants clones?

A general guideline for TDS levels is as follows: seedlings = 50-150 ppm; unrooted clones = 100-350 ppm; small plants = 400-800 ppm; large plants = 900-1800 ppm; last week of flowering = taper off to plain water

strain of weed does come into play this is a guideline

Cool, Thanks!! One last question. Read about Jacks Classic nutes. Can you use them in the areo set up and PPM is for any type of nute right just measures basically the amounts in the solution??:bigjoint:

sure you can, but it will take forever (month) to revert back to veg, plus it would look retarded and have no uniform growth. Its surely possible, lots of people do it. As for me I think re vegging is a waste of time

wait till u have harvested the 1st time dont pull it or cut it to cure just put her back into grow space and u can harvest her many times cuz the little buds keep popping up and growing bigger with the 1st ones outta the way. also u dont gotta worry bout root growth and vegging at all unlike a clone
