Clone Issue

Hello everyone, as you can probably tell by my post numbers, i am a noob, and with noob status comes what is possibly noob problems. my issue that im having seems to be with a clone i was given recently. this is( to the best of my knowledge) a week into the clone process. after 7 days i potted it, and it seemed to be alright for a day or so but as of now its looking pretty crappy.

I know a lot of what i am doing is trial and error for what i can get supply wise.

i dont know much about the plant except the following

17th generation super silver haze crossed with white russian

80% sativa 20% indica

--given in Styrofoam cups with soil and clay pellets i believe.
--was using 3x100w cfl bulbs but was given a "i believe" 600 watt HPS bulb/ballast/hood setup
--my stealth box was to hot with that setup so i converted back to the 3x100w cfl's with 50w florescent tube.
--pH= 6.5

plants were given distilled water for the first 7 days, and potted saturday. so far this doesnt seem to be taking off as i had hoped. what are some steps that i can take to maintain this girl as it sits now?

any help would be greatly appreciated. As i said before, i am new to this and still getting the feel for how this plant works, i have some plantlife experience but this def. seems to be a sensitive plant.

THANKS!
