well i am new to this but i have been doing alot of cloning ......... and i think it all depends on your nutes and the genetics of the plant..... you should have a ppm/ec meter depending on your nutes.....ph metter,....good water temp,...just gotta do some reading my man........i have learned that right in GROWFAQ......got a question check there if not there then check all the threads you can find simiular topics on what your looking for.....then post a thread/post and ask .....and if your going to ask a question pics are nice, room setups are helpfull, nutes using, temps blablabla you get me i hope......but yea i had clones sitting for 14 days tons of roots no growth nada nothing changed besides roots......then got my nutes, ph, everything i just said above perfect and bam growth and yea you have to check it everyday......i just started checking mine one hour after lights on and two hours before lights go out so two times aday if your ph has changed then change it back to 5.8 or around there ..... i have never checked my ppm/ec and that is important .......alright man enought said i am baked just trying to help dont go wast time like i did read read read bongsmiliebongsmilie

Alright, thanks guys. I've got four rooted. Two look real healthy and two are kinda droopy and lighter in color. I think I might add a real weak nutrient solution to the next watering. Big Bloom though? Shouldn't I use a veg fert? I have this Age Old Organics stuff. Grow, and Bloom. Planning on using a little of the grow, correct me if I'm wrong though.

O, and the clones rooted in Jiffy pellets, and I transplanted them in red solo cups in Ocean Forest and watered til it came out the bottom. Shouldn't the Ocean Forest have enough nutes for awhile? Let me know if you see any problems with what I'm doing. Thanks again.

Well it's FF Ocean Forest, supposed to be good stuff from what I read here. I've been using just distilled water like you buy by the gallon at the grocery store. I don't know pH though.

Here's some pics, may help, idk.

thank you and your are of to a good start.just dont over water. its always best to under water then over water. you plant won't die in a day cuz youdidn't water her that day.now dry soil for a week and a half is bad. just watch your plant she willlet you now their is somthing wrong. if its to much nuts at any time then just flush withph'ed water tell she looks better. trialand error good luck.oh always check your ph out the drain once every 2 weeks.

Haha aight man, I'll get you some pics. The new growth is small though, so not too noticable.
And yeah, I cut hole on the bottom edges of the cups, and water til it runs out the bottom. I think the main problem was that the soil i transplanted into was already damp, then I watered, and it was too much. Going lighter on the new girl.

First the setup (ghetto rigged for the moment, but it'll work til they start growing more)

IMG_1591 2.JPG

The first two rooters who are now dried out. They look a little yellow, but I'll be adding nutes with the next water.

The last one I overwatered; a little droopy right now, but she'll dry out.

And the newest addition (not overwatered)
