Clone Grower sprouts first seeds - 3 Questions - TEMP/LUMENS ADVICE NEEDED

Hey Folks,

Hypertension medicinal user who grows small cycles for my own head here.
I have several clone grows under my belt, but now I have built a new seedling booth and have sucessfully germinated 9 seed - 5 regular and 4 Feminized.

GERMINATION
They popped tails after only 24 hours in 7.0 ph water soak, so from what I have read they were FRESH !! All went into 1 inch rockwool rounds I had soaked 24 hours. I almost shit myself when my beautiful little Pineapple Express Fem with a mighty tail popped right out of my stubby old man fingers, bounced off the plastic seeding tray and into the dark void of the room. Swear to god I almost cried when I found her sitting on a piece of 1inch insulation board on the floor. Forty five seconds that felt like an hour! She somehow was undamaged and now is the first to have poked her head up outa the rockwool.

SEEDLING BOOTH

The booth is a modified ebb/flow. 2'x1' tray draining into 6 gallon res. I have a VERY small pump (taken from an unused pet drinking fountain) its nice because it was designed to not heat up the water in a very small RES. When i start running it it will flow water through 1/4 tube from the RES to each rockwool site. I will move my seedlings in rockwool rounds into 2 inch rockwool cubes when roots pop, at that time I will fit a tube to each cube for top feeding.
I will be running an airstone in the RES for added oxegenation. Still unsure if I will run the pump constantly or on a timer.
For climate control I have added a DIY Dorm Fridge Chiller based on the fantastic DIY guide by cruzer101 here:
https://www.rollitup.org/grow-room-design-setup/208004-diy-do-yourself-water-chiller.html
Mine is a modification set up to chill the air, not the RES. I just put the freezer tray in an insulated box and ran two computer fans IN/OUT blowing the chilled air into the booth. It keeps the temp around 70-72 lights on and 68 lights off.

So after reading a bunch my still unanswered questions are: <EDIT: no one helped so I found the info I needed on cannabis.com. looks like I may be switching forums... Hope this helps someone else who is lurking)

1. When do I remove the seedlings from the humidity dome? WHen they show roots like a clone or earlier? Seems like all the pics I see they are out of a dome.

ANSWER: I 'weened' the seedlings from the dome by raising it slowly over two days.

2. Seedling heating mat. I normally want my root zone to be slightly cooler than the air temp when I am growing clones. With seedlings I see all these heating mats. Do I need one with my current conditions? How warm should the rootzone be while seedling? How long do I need the mat? When do I want the rootzone to be cooler?

ANSWER: Inside the dome the temp stayed 70-77 deg without a mat and they sprouted fine.

3. Lastly what are the optimum LUMENS for seedling growth? Currently I have 4 - 23 watt CFL spirals in the booth, but in the next couple of weeks I will be switching them out to 2-4 2ft T8 tubes. What is the optimum amount for the setup? Keep in mind these girls will be in here for aprox 8 weeks before tranfering to my VEG room. Also I need to be very carefull not to add any additional heat and tax my cooling system.

ANSWER: Still don't know but I switched to 4 - 24watt 2 ft T5's alternating warm & cool. I am running only 2 bulbs for now and will turn on the other two ass light is needed during growth.
