CLF Grow 12/12 from seedling

Damn you guys are right it is a male . Damn that sucks. At least i only had to wait 3 weeks instead of months to tell that sex. Still waiting on the sex of the little one (with my luck its going to be a male). The bigger plant has been trashed and a seed has been planted in its place.

Im in the process of purchasing some feminezed seeds (sick of getting males). Anybody got any idea on what would be a good strain for 12/12?

I'm about to go smoke a blunt and forget how i just wasted 3 weeks on a male plant

Hey man since you seem to be into short, fast growing strains. Why not try out LR2?
You can leave that strain on 18/6 all through its life and it will flower.

Ok well i just placed an order for some feminezed PURE POWER PLANT seeds. I can't wait for them to arrive. Until then lets hope my little guy is a female.

Well the little guy turned out to be a male... thats 4 plants i've grown and i got 4 males. O well... it happens i guess. I'm going to keep on growing the male plant until the other plant sprouts or the feminized PURE POWER PLANT seeds i got from Nirvina come... I cant wait. But until then I made a few upgrades to my grow area... added two 42 watt clfs. So all together i got 2 42watts and 4 23watt clf and one 18" 15 watt flourscent plant tube. Also lined my grow area with the dull side of aluminum foil to increase reflectivity.

Stay tune for my next grow pure power plant mmmmmm i cant wait.

I would suspect the 12/12 light from the start is giving you males... just a wild guess, but did you do 12/12 on your first grow as well? Also, were you at the Sweet Sunday 4/20 festival on the Westbank? 504 is my place man, come smoke with me out on the point sometime, just take the ferry from Canal St and a left turn onto the levee!

Whats up man, another bro from the 504, we should start a club. Unfourtnatly i don't live down there anymore not since katrina. I stayed on the east bank and my house got flooded. But I go back to vist all the time. I'll be down there for the week of fathers day we can meet up then and compare bud. I didn't even know they did a 4/20 festival down there! Got a make plans to go next year.

I didn't think the 12/12 from start would give you more males... I heard that giving the plant less light would give you more femailes... but that could be the reason or i can just be unlucky... My first grow i did 18/6 for about 6 weeks before switching to 12/12 still got males. Yea i think that im just unlucky...

Thats weird man... either you're really unlucky or you're messing with your lighting schedule.

Ja mon, every Saturday and Sunday it's pretty much 4/20 at Algiers Point, ya know where they have all the black history, and the native american history stuff at, that play ground looking area... that's where we'll be! Great music, awesome food (lots of Jamaican dishes) and great music, spoken word... etc...

ive herd that the more light you give them the better the chances are for a female so maybe since your starting them out at 12 12 it might be making them males

i dunno where everyone "hears" all this info on 12/12 making your plants males, but i do know my first time growing bagseeds i had 20 seeds germing for a week and only 1 got a tap root. Its most likely random chance and hopefully those power plant dont turn hermie

Yeaaaaa Boiii Got my 5 fem PPP seeds in the mail today from Nirvina. The seeds came in 6 Days Very Fast!!! If anyone thinking of ordering some seeds I'd say go with Nirvina. Stay tuned for my next grow PPP seed.

By the way anyone have any information on growing PPP 12/12 from seedling? I've done a little bit of homework and learned that 12/12 works really well on sativa. I'm trying to decide if i should do 12/12 from seedling or Veg for a month and then flower... Haven't made up my mind yet. Any information would be greatly appriciated.
