I give them canna coco A & B. That’s all. Should I just reduce the strength? How do I adjust? Lol

Are you following their light feeding chart? What's your dosages?

Mix up a new 1/4 strength batch and flush the coco (at least 200% runoff, yes 200% not 20%) basically wash the old out and replace it with a more appropriate strength for seedlings.

I'm by no means an expert but I just went through these same exact symptoms. Leaves clawed and looked almost waxy, saw what looked like brown dust on some of the leaves and stems, new growth came in twisted and bent. Check your leaves with a microscope, I bet you see some movement. Hemp Russet Mites. We had no clue till we checked with a microscope and saw thousands of mites crawling all over. They cant be seen with the naked eye. Look where the leaves meet the stem.
