Nah got guests coming around for a feed and beers later will be a sunday boat trip the weather is awesome boat is prepped and ready to go that was the whole idea of making sure everything was ok yest been a month since the motor had been run

I cleaned up a few weeds {damn seed packet of dry weather wild flowers from two years ago is kicking my ass} in my 2nd pepper patch. Got 4-5 kinds ready now. We are doing some pepper rings and hot sauce tomorrow.

Think it was called a vene sweet. It's a sweet habanero, no heat but with all the flavour. First time growing them

First try at making a fermented hot sauce
The non-red ones are mine (less the Habaneros) the reds are from the farmer's market. I also added a red bell pepper.
There is also garlic and salt in there. I thought I would end up with more pulp, I may need to do another batch! It's going to sit on the counter, covered w/cheesecloth for about two weeks; than it gets an airlock for another six week(ish). I'll keep you updated...

700 grams of fresh reaper salt made up this week
