Nah got guests coming around for a feed and beers later will be a sunday boat trip the weather is awesome boat is prepped and ready to go that was the whole idea of making sure everything was ok yest been a month since the motor had been run :)

First try at making a fermented hot sauce

The non-red ones are mine (less the Habaneros) the reds are from the farmer's market. I also added a red bell pepper.

There is also garlic and salt in there. I thought I would end up with more pulp, I may need to do another batch! It's going to sit on the counter, covered w/cheesecloth for about two weeks; than it gets an airlock for another six week(ish). I'll keep you updated...

awesome stuff...maybe a couple fresh tomatoes added for the extra pulp? will still keep the heat yeah ?

700 grams of fresh reaper salt made up this week :)
The tent has the babies up and started for the new season yeehahh
Theres a selection of reapers,butch t scorpions,white fatalli and oz brain killer up
Going to start another 25 of different varieties tomorrow to put on the heat mat :)
