Day 1 of flowering...... From right to left Row 1- 6 Mighty Grape, Row 2- 5 Skunk #1, Row 3- 6 Critical Mass, Row 4- 2 Durban Poison front 3 Purple Bud Row 5- 5 Melon Gum... I'll post new pix every week until finished. It's a Deep water culter with 5 bubblers in each of the five tubes. One bubbler for each plant. The res recirculates the water in the tubes twice daily. So it's kind of DWC and Ebb & Flow mix. Each plant is in a 3.75" net pot with 3" rockwool. Hope you guys like it!

Thank you, just switched from Ebb & Flow to my version of deep water culture.. This will be my third run with this set up. I have to say Way more production then my 4x4 Ebb & Flow with the same number of plants. I'll update pix each week hope you guys like it.

and if you take some panda plastic make small movable walls youll get alot outa that too and it wont mess with your temps and just move em when you need to work

Very cool build. Do you find that the fluorescents really help and their electricity usage is justified?

i have 2 600 watt hps above and the 8 40 watt t12's below, i plan to get rid of the t12's and get 4 single strip t5's, hot giggity not really sure if the t12's are worth it but they do help the lower branches to branch out and get bigger lower buds.. once i replace them w/ t5's im sure the lower buds will get even bigger..aeroknow, no trellis or scrog just sog but ive found w/ the fans the stems stay strong enough to support bud growth, i used a screen before but found it really didnt help much as they only have 1-2 weeks of veg before put in here, however they should end up around 3' tall but these are all new strains my last strains were critical hog. northern lights, and blue mystic, up till now northern lights was my best producer, i have high hopes for these strains and hope they produce as much or better than the nl. next run ill be adding blue berry and im popping a lady purple seed now to.. its about time i got some pix for u guys, sorry but im not good on computers so i have to have my wife add the pix for me...i hope to get some pix of my mothership and bloombox were i do my cloneing, veg, and mothers up soon, im waiting for an electrician to add a breaker so i can get it all in the room, right now if i put it all in there i pop breakers..i just moved into this house in march so everythings still in the process of being finished but the room u see has a hidden door from the closet of a bedroom..anyways ill post pix till their done we will see them grow together..coldsmoke good idea to paint the board and im getting a white curtain for the right side ty..

the lower t12 lights are a mix ,, 2 are 2100k expensive wide spectrum plant and aquarium bulbs but only 1200lumen, 3 are 3100k kitchen and bath with 2900lumens and 3 are 6400k daylight 2900 lumens... the writing above the pix is mixed up, its from left to right,,on left is mighty grape, then skunk#1, critical mass,in row 4 the 2 front plants are durban poison and behind them are 2 purple bud and the far back plant is mellon gum and the row 5 on the right is 5 more mellon gum. i plan to switch to t5's but till then does anybody know which t12's would be best for flowering? the wide spectrum 2100k are nice k for flower but the lumens are very low, would i be better off doing all 3100k kitchen and baths or mixing the 3100 and daylight 6400k and get rid of the expensive wide spectrums?? im not sure but isnt higher lumens just as important as the k value?? higher lumens = more penetration right??

Im not sure been soo long since I thought about that stuff
my rules now are floros go as close to without hurting

light wont penetrate more than 24 inches of canopy no matter what

Your setup I mean. Bought ready made ones and modded them..................They were called the Greatest Growing Machine...............lol.............or something like that.
About exact setup as yours. About same # plant sites, same size PVC, different connection however, but same ability to run it as a DWC, or a Thin Film set up,
or straight top drip....

I ran 1 grow with 3 sets of them....................that was 12 years ago.............they have been in my attic since....................need to give them away I guess.........

they used to sell a grow kit like my build?? id like to see that.. if you can take pix of yours and want to sell it let me know,,if its not to much of shipping charges maybe we can make a deal but i need to see it first..i just built this set up in march, but i grew in ebb n flow for over ten years,,like this way better..the roots are pure white but they look a little orange because of the hps light..also the very last bud pic is my mellon gum original seed mom that i took all the clones from..are u in the states?? anyways ill be adding pics every week or so till finish.....

they look nice man are they grand daddy purple ?? these the led ones i have atm 10 days old in this pic about 25 days old now broke my ipod so cant take any more pics till tomoro ill post got some outdoors aswell mosters at 1 month 3 weeks old what i wanted to ask u is they are pure strain gdp do u no when they purple up or they more around flower as my mate was saying he dident see the purple untill 4 weeks into flower and it wasent really the bud more the bud leaves

any wagers on what strain will produce the most?? i think row 2&3 skunk and critical mass are going to be good producers both have very similar leaves but i think the skunk#1 has a little more stretch...Oh, also in the bloombox pic's the 9 in the flowering side from right to left is 3 purple bud by seedsman(but not purple), middle is 3 skunk#1 back one is from seedsman original skunk#1 and the 2 front ones are sensi seeds skunk#1 and on the left is 3 durban poison by dutch passion..bloomside of bloombox is 5 days into the 12/12 light sced..

no granddaddy purples growing wright now, i have purple bud by seedsman..ive grown granddaddy purple a couple months ago and the purple and black streaks started to show up 6 weeks into flower.. it was great smoke, but not much of a producer..im popping lady purple by de jasamin seeds(spelled wrong), ultimate purple by BCBD and lemon kush by female seeds now.. i should have clones of them in my next cycle or posibly the following one..next cycle will definately be including blue berry by BCBD, and whatever strains are best producers this run i may add critical hog or a couple northern lights to..we will see..anyways hope you guys like it,,the best pics are always week 7 and 8, but buds are already forming on the mighty grape row1 and the mellon gum row 5

they look good,, how they lookin now?? purple color seems to start in the calx,s then goes to the leaves in week 6 of flower in my phenio of granddaddy purple...im looking for a purple plant with high yields and it just didnt make the cut but i still have 8 gdp seeds left so maybe ill get a better producer out of 1 of those but the 2 i planted were identicle so they may be stabilized but no promises

im gunna seed one of my gdp with a high yeilding mango kush i have hopfully she turns out nice i had a male mango i got the sacks off of so im gunna cross it this year see what we get fingers crossed as there both have a very high thc content
