Chem Valley Kush + Master Kush - 600 watt HPS

Hey guys.

Beans finally came in today, got 6 Cali Connection - Chem Valley Kush regs germing right

now, along with 6 Homegrown Fantaseeds - Master kush regs.

After all tap roots pop I will move them into 16 oz dixie cups in Promix - BX soil. They will

live for 5-7 days under a 90 watt led in my ghetto grow box, then my tent will hopefully

be here with everything needed to start my new 600 watt setup. I have a 600 watt mh

conversion bulb for my new digital ballast which they will then grow under until no later

than feb. 7. They will be switched to 12/12 then, so that they will be finished mid april.

Not hoping for any yield. This is my first organised indoor grow ( Have been doing my

thang outdoors for a couple years). Anticipating I have atleast 6 females with my 12 reg

seeds so that I can follow the 100 w /per plant rule of thumb, but if I get more females

it's all good .


Any opinions you guys may have feel free to leave em. Would appreciate any help I can get because I'm a super noob lol. Will update pics every week. Sub up and come along for the ride

Subbed i will be looking for both but since i have the cvk im def looking at what to expect

Hey guys.

All 6 cvk germed with nice tails after roughly 48 hours between 2 pieces of damp paper towel in a ceiled tupperware container. None of the 6 masterkush have germed yet :l. Ah well I'm sure they will.

Not sure if it matters but all the cvk beans were nice and meaty with a uniform dark green colour . The master kush are all shapes sizes and shades lol.

Forgot to mention - the 6 cvk have been planted in 1 gal square containers in promix bx soil.

I hope the mks germ..Glad to hear the cvk popped already and planted.Now cant wait to see them in action..

Lol fuck me I have the worst patience in the world. I think I want to have them in 12/12 on the 4th of Feb. so they'll be done in time to start my moms for the outdoor crop.

3 weeks enough veg time? Opinions anyone?

Its enough veg time but for clones you will need to veg longer..Or you can take a clone from the flowering plants and set up a mother that way..

Nah man i meant will 3 weeks veg be enough for this crop.. there wont be mothers coming out of it. I want this grow to be done by mid april cuz I will then have 10 feminised iranian g13 going in to veg until may where theyll become mothers for clones for outdoors then be put outdoors themselves.

You can do as you please flower whenever..
Curious as to why choose the iranian for a mother plant and not the mk or cvk?

Lol good question. I'm in ontario ma man so if your plants aren't done by early-mid sep (15th or so) you're fucked.. Most people around here look at outdoor as the bottom of the list shit because people always have random strains that don't finish at all..

Plus the doc claims atleast a p from each outdoor plant if put out at 8-12 inches which im cool with.. gunna do it big this year and ill be happy with a hp a plant.

And if you don't mind me asking what are your grow specs in your flower room? and how long are those ladies vegged for?

Thanx mate all the info' is in my journal, and no of corse I don't mind you askin I'm here to share what I know and learn a lil more myself - I'm growing using "pot culture" method and feeding by hand. 15litre pots - plants housed in 6" R/w cubes, hydroton (clay pebbles) used for packing. Main flower room: Size - 6ft x 4ft x 8ft full room height, has full intake/extraction fans, carbon filter, airflow fans and fan/temp controls.* Grow space temp - 26C/27C**Lighting: x3 600w HPS.* Nutrients/Additives used - Canna Aqua Flores A+B, CannaBoost, PK13/14, Rhizotonic, Cannazym, Superthrive. *Tahoe OG* 11 weeks veg from reg seed. Multi topped & supercropped.*DeadHead OG* 5 weeks veg from reg seed. Topped & supercropped. I'm really impressed by both of these strains so far both are really vigorous, strong smelling and covered in THC at 28 days into flower. I know Swerve & Cali Connection have had issues/problems in the past but they for sure have it locked in now, these are by far the best lookin plants I've grown to date, and I've been growing with a full set up for 5 years now. I'm gonna be doin a lot more CC strains too if these turn out as good as they're lookin to

I was pretty unlucky with the ratios I got mate, Tahoe OG - 7 out of 10 germ' 2 females 5 males, DeadHead OG 8 out of 10 germ' 1 female 7 males. Guess I was just unlucky lol but other people have had better results though and they are regular seeds and thats the gamble but the 3 females I have are dank as hell.

Lol that is pretty rough man.. I saw a guy on another site who had 9/10 mals. Hoping I do better than that

And gibbs I've crept through your first thread that was pretty funny you really do have so much equipment. But yea guys the chems are under a couple cfls (for warmth) in 1 gallon buckets. And 3 masterkush are under aswell but in 16 oz cups. All plants will be grown their whole lives in promix soil. Gunna be using fox farm liquid nutes. And also - ups website shows my tent and everything won't be later then monday afternoon!!!
