So.. I came up with this idea to move light with an oscillating fan.
I bought a new fan with stand at walmart for 23$. Didn't install the fan blade or front cage for the basket. I mounted an open reflector to the front of it, and now I have a 23$, 90 degree light mover
I'll post pics soon! I was too excited that the idea actually worked that I had to post it
