Cheap carbon filters and inline fans on amazon.ca????

Im wondering if anyone has tried those ipower 6'' carbon filters and the 6" inline fans from active air that are sold on Amazon.ca ... I plan on ''dimming the fan with the active air speed adjuster to get it quieter...There the cheapest i've found around here but i dont know these brands.... Ps. I rock 4 cxb3590@1400ma in a 2x2x4 on 1 lst'd Gc girl...

I'm using the I power 4in fan and filter with active air controller in a 2x2. Works great!
