Hi all
First let me tell you a little bit about Medical seeds. The founder of Medical seeds is an extremely down to earth balanced stoner with great love for collecting and breeding cannabis. He told me he's always bred for himself and decided to open a seed bank to share his crosses with people. As a true spanyard he loves his critical + and decided to make his own by crossing big bud with skunk1. I dont know the details of the phenotypes he used for the cross.
(got no pic for this one only had a few small buds left enough for 1 blunt would be a bad representation of such a specimen)
Channel + in my opinion, blows critical mas out of the window in every aspect. Although I've never grown it i know another grower who has shown me pictures of it at different stages. Its a very robust plant that branches out a lot! and produces just like one would expect from such a cross, outrageously. It does flower very fast so an appropriate flush needs to be done otherwise there will be harshness.
The buds are dense as rocks, more so than critical +. They have a nice pale green colour from the sweet frostiness covering darker green plant matter.
Beautiful buds in general a bit too beautiful to grind. 8.5/10 in appearance.
The smell is just too mouthwatering to even think about. In my opinion it smells MILES better than critical + and i love how critical + smells! If you read my report on critical bilbo i can add it to the comparison since channel +'s smell has strong similarities to the Bilbo. in order of worst smelling from left with number of - representing miles describing how much better it smells:

I love the smell of critical Bilbo but the Channel + just hits the next level of cannabis pungency. It's fucking amazing! It's almost as if the bilbo smell has been turned into a nice perfume of herbal sweet pungent flavours with gentle hints beautiful sweet skunkiness with tinges of orange sweet citrus fruits. A beautifully crafted smell i might even have to say it maybe my favourite fragrance for cannabis. 9.5/10
The taste is just as complex as the smell though not very tasty on the exhale like it ought to be to make it perfect! More herbal on the taste in comparison to smell, but a taste you wouldnt forget for A WHILE and would tell everyone you know about such a smoke. Bottom line tasty buds. 8.5/10
The effect is just to die for. An amazing balance of the best of both worlds. A very calming take it easy if you will please kind of high with just enough of the happy uplifting high to leave you smiling. It just makes you feel good to smoke this weed, it's an even better high than the critical bilbo and i love the Bilbo! Dont get me wrong the highs are similar but the channel + just has that extra special subtleness to it i suppose, and i think it makes it much better. 8.5/10
I've fallen in love with critical + after moving to spain and love trying strains of the family. This recreation blew my expectations completely especial because i had already tried the bilbo before and thought theres nooooooooooo way there can be a better critical. But now i would chose channel + over bilbo all day every day, a beautiful all time smoke that can also send you to sleep at night if you have troubles falling into it. I have to give it 9/10
I'd just like to urge anyone to grow some strains from Medical seeds this company is the shit Deffo grow channel + in your lifetime and keep a mom! There's these 2 sativas which must be the dogs bollocks: 2046 a 4 month sativa; Y Griega a cross between one of the first Kali Mist seeds from back in the day when Serious seeds released it and an old Amnesia Haze clone. I've not grown nor smoked these but i trully think from what i've been told they are to die for! Also theres a cross of Lavender Kush called prozac that i tried which was fucking NARCOTIC tasted just like Soma's lavander very countrysidy and floral with strong hints of kush, it was tastier and stronger than another Lavender Kush I tried.
I hope I get some of you interested in Medical seeds a spanish seed company with honest and good genetics. Spain has the potential to lead in cannabis strain innovation in europe and that company might just help get it there!
