Hello all,Since it's hotter now during the day and our electric rates have gone up, I need to change my start time for my lights by 12 hours, i.e., start at 7pm and end at 7am. In order to get the lights on the correct schedule, should I let the lights start at 7am and run for 24 hours? Or should I leave them off for 24 hours and start them at 7pm? Let me know if this question doesn't make sense.
If it matters I just flipped to 12/12 3 days ago.
