I will NEVER purchase a ch9 seed. They sent me two freebies with my vanilla kush, straw cough, and 8 ball kush. The 2 free seeds didn't even look viable to pop (and never did)

The strawberry cough was the fastest germer

The Vanilla Kush was the second

8 Ball Kush being the third.

All plants got fried by extreme heat in my grow box and the seedlings died but as far as ch9 goes I will NEVER PURCHASE THEIR SEEDS EVER 2 freebs didn't even pop like what kind of bs is that, I know not all seeds pop but for both of ch9's to not pop and ALL of the other ones do tells me it was the seeds and not my germ method (rock wool medium then after leaves show into the FFOF)

Has anyone else had this experience with CH9? and on an off topic forum question will my fried seeds make a come back? They never even fully popped shell/surface just sitting about half way up the rock wool tap root out shell still on...

nah man just stick with the original seek banks you remember as a kid barneys farm, sensi, greenhouse genetics, big budda, world of seeds,
these company's have good rep my favorite is barneys farm even though thier seeds are small they always germ.

tried there afghani milk, a few hermied if i remember right, they all germed. there was a keeper in the pack but it was up against heavy competition and got dropped from the squad

World of seeds aint been around that long, prob same as CH9.

where did you get them freebies??? Single seeds?

CH9 supply other seedbanks sacks of fem seeds cheap .

I remember toking on some of the vantage 2006 with pete @ the 2008 uk expo. it was ok . His GWS hybrid is ment to be a great seller in spain

I take it you never tried Sweet tooth or Blue cheese ? They are like gob stoppers . i got swt in the fridge

It was single seeds yeah they were running a 2 free ch9 with 30 euro purchase. I was getting my seeds anyways and got these freebs in the male. They were white, small, LIGHTLY speckled seeds that I didn't expect to germinate. My barney's and dutch passion germed out fine then got fucking FRIEEEED in the closet at over 100 degrees...

All the other's that came from SSC were great, germed faster than expected, tap root growth was incredibly fast, they never fully shelled but I'm sure that's my fault with the heat stress.
I was just SO excited when I saw I got the Humboldt seed.... I threw it into germ immediately... It was almost a tear jerker when 4 days later it still hasn't even cracked it's shell :(
Just put the Jack in to germ last night but there was no seed cracking so I'm pretty sure it's a dud too :(

Barneys doesnt exactly have a flawless rep, and GHSC has been a joke since Shanti left.

if you want really good breeders, look at Bodhi, DJ Short, Gage Green, Mosca, Mr Nice, and TGA to name a few. i would take almost anything by any of these before i took something from barneys or GHSC

best freebie in recent memory was some Armageddon, now if i hadn't had a successful germ then i'd probably wouldn't post a hate thread about it, but it did germ and gave me a plant that was a pleasure to grow.

I got 7 free seeds from herbies pick and mix, all arrived which I wasn't actually expecting! I got 1 humboldt, 2 afghani milk, 2 kandy kush x skunk #1 and 2 ch9 jack 33.. Are these good freebies? I got not idea with seeds I only just got into buying from a seed bank.. Usually just bag seeds for me! I got 14 seeds total for 90$AU delivered.. They look awesome, a few smaller ones but maybe that's just the strain? But very turtle shelly..

There is a thread called "opinions on ch9 seeds" go check it out.Many peep are getting herms off ch9 seeds b/c of post on this thread i checked my ch9 criticalmass33 & jack33.The cm33 was covered in nanners & nuts some were busted,the ch9 jack33 had a few nanners i picked off and picked another 1 this morning.I chopped the cm33 but the piece of shit had seeded my grow.No light leaks no heat problems no other plants in garden hermd.
8 peep on that thread got herms with ch9 seeds, be sure to check it out befor growing that hermie crap.


I sent him an email today telling him what happened and that 8 peep on 1 thread got herms and asked if there had been a problem b/c befor this happened i was going to order 3 10paks from him.
This is his reply
"We never heard of any problems with any of the LAST crosses and we've run many test. Peter"
