CFL light question

I bought this CFL light for lighting but I saw that it was 10,00K and I looked at the spectral graph and it got me wondering if this light can be used to grow with (not for bit plants ofc.

Idk man....that spike in the graph looks like a big blue spike. ..prolly b used as a veg light or supplement light for flower

That's what I was thinking but the red spike confused me but also how well would this CFL be for veg growing cycle on its own?

Well guys after doing a few test grows with my 6" long, 10w 10,000K CFL with 5 different basil plants I have to say that they love the 10w 10,000k more then a 13w 6500k CFL. I will be doing more testing on other kinds of food plants.

I also have a Christmas cactus getting some of the 10,000K CFL light and it to seems to be doing better.
