CFL / Fluorescent Porn...

nothing but great lookin bud goin on here!! great job guys. heres my money maker at 6 weeks now.

Day 88 -- 48 of 12/12. No signs of amber, but getting there. These particular plants are becoming quite aromatic.

I used 170w cfl. T5HO and regular spiral bulbs mixed.

Came out pretty decent. Had to chop early tho

Do you all think 654wats actual is enough for 8 plants?

I did the same thing when I first started. All the $500 in CFL shit is now in recycling centers, seems cheaper at first when it's $20 here and there but fuck me that adds up when you sit back and take a look at it. Then I went and bought a 400 watt HID lol, now I'm looking at LEDs to replace it.

I'm looking at LED too. Just saw a YouTube side byside . Guy compared a 600w LED vs 1000w hps .

Pretty much looks identical.

Yes, CFLs are the bottom of the indoor lighting food chain, we all know that. But let's keep this thread to enjoying what even the worst of the indoor lights can do, because for all their limitations, they will still produce!

Have u grown that many plants in that space before? I have a room 5m x 5m with 3 plants with 2 x 600hps over each. I'm big on plenty of space air and light

No this is my second grow. First grow was in a closet and I started with 6 plants went down to four ended up with two. But I thought you needed a square foot per plant and that's 8 square feet. This is my current setup

U Def won't have any issue with light. Are u using autos. Im growing the money maker strain At the MO and im very impressed so far.

95 days since I got the clone, 55 days since flipping to 12/12. I'm thinking about another week... or two...

As a newbie with his first grow, I gotta say there is a lot of conflicting info on when to chop. For every bit of supposed Absolute Truth, there are always those who come up with reasons why the opposite is at least sometimes true. Sorry about the lousy pic, just a quick shot from the phone.
