There's a ton out there. Make sure you look on the back and look for the "k" number. 2700k ones for flowering and 6500k for veg. Most will do mixed spectrum and throw a few 2700k in while vegging as well. Also look at actual wattage, not the fake wattage. 23w or 42w and a shit ton of them. Lowes, Walmart, Homedepot, even grocery stores all have the cfls you need you just need to really read the back and make sure it's the right spectrum for your stage of growth.

How big is your grow space? You might want to consider led bulbs.I'm working with a 2x5x9 closet with 40-23w cfl bulbs and the heat is a bitch.

Really? I plug in my cfl and after a while its only just barley too hot to touch. I dont feel like it would be an issue. Im workin with about a 2×3×5

Well, then like it was already said get some 6500k bulbs for veg or the first few weeks of growth and get 2700k for when flowering starts....its best to use a mixed spectrum.4:1/6500k,2700k vice versa for flowering.
The 23 watt bulbs I can grab bare handed no prob but the 42 watt bulb I can not.
Like I said,i'm using 40-23w bulbs......its hot but I have good air exchange/flow..every so often ill get a plant that doesn't like the higher heat....90-ish at the tops near the lights.GL

I have a 300 watt sft white cfl 2700k for my seedlings I timed my hand holding it for over 30 sec. Never got hot enough to let go you may need to change your bulbs. This is my first indoor grow my first grow in 20 yrs do some research as I have and it will help and ask questions as there are many people who will help you on this
