Cereal Milk - Planted 04/06/22

So I started this grow 15 weeks ago and it’s still not flowering, I’m not sure what I’m doing wrong as this is my first plant but if anyone could help it would be much appreciated.

I got the seed from a cookies cereal milk pack so decided to germinate and give it a go. To me it looks really good, it’s getting tall and bushy but I feel like at the same time there’s no progress.

It is a outdoor grow so I’m not sure if that will affect the timeline or not.

I was def scrolling down to read replies, but there's nothing here. If it's outside it won't flower until the it's getting 12 hours of sunlight or less. You could check the sunlight schedule for where you live to get an idea. Where I live we are still getting 12.5 hours a day.
