Central Texas Grow advice

So I'm out here in Central Texas and I got a good bag of weed with some seeds, I germinated them and planted them indoors under CFL lights, for about a week now. Someone else I know wanted a few of them (i don't have the room for an indoor grow this size) but he wants to plant them out side. It is the 2nd of Sept. and from what I see this is when plants begin flowering, is there any hope at all, what so ever, in the slightest chance, that a couple of these guys could grow and bud outside this late in the season? Anything helps, thanks a million!

slight slight chance.... your probably better off doing them indoor.... I've got 4 plants in a box that is 30" x 30" x4' tall

not a whole lot of space is really needed.....

It's pretty late in the season, they will begin to flower from seed. They will be short with one cola bud.
