Cayenne Peppers and Okra

Growing indoors under a 400watt hps. I'm thinking this is just heat related as the temperatures have climbed into theupper 90s. Both plants seem to have "zits" for lack of a better word. No sign of pests. The white bumps on the okra can be removed and are filled with tiny bits of "juice". The cayenne pepper has the bumps but not removable. Any ideas ?

Could be edema if you`ve increased the watering frequency to compensate for the high temps.

Looks like a pest problem to me. Sure you don't see any bugs? Look for some white/gray little critters. They jump like fleas.

You won't see what I'm thinking of on the leaves. They'll be in the soil.

No signs of any pest, I've done a quite extensive search.
