I just wanted to ask some RIU caregivers if any how did you become a cargiver? other than submitting an application and paying the fee was thinking about moving out to Colorado to become a caregiver if at possible.

Yeah man just go with what you hear, you are allowed to grow 100,000 plants if you want!
Seriously? Our laws are easy to find, look into them yourself. Quick answer, Caregiver can have only 5 patients (and themself), 6 plants per patient with no more than 3 flowering. So in total, you can have 36 plants, no more than 18 flowering (producing a usable form of marijuana), 2 ozs per patient.
The new law makes it so you must give your grow location to the state so they can come in and do plant counts. The real issue with this is the Feds are threatening to bust all involved, so if the state has your location what keeps them from giving it to the feds?
There is no gold mine here, ozs go for $200 or less on a regular basis, regardless how good.

Really I should check the laws of MY state again? I am pretty clear on them thanks, you don't have to assign yourself as your own caregiver, you mark the "self" spot on the forms for the state, but how would i know, i have only filed these papers.........
