Can't upload pictures anymore

Last month all was a ok, today I tried to upload a pic from my computer and nothing happens. When I click the "upload a file" button, nothing at all happens. I can click the "Options", takes me to a new page but then that new "upload file" button doesn't work. Any particular settings on my computer I need to be aware of?

what ive noticed since i got a new comp is that the upload a file the pictures dont come up or so i thought but actually the pictures folder or whatever comes up underneath the internet page instead of overlapping onto the page does that make sense?

This might be a stretch, but could it be an ad-block or pop-up blocker interfering with the new window?

Makes sense, I did get a new computer about a month ago....I'll try to upload a pic here

yup knew it was that its happening to me too on windows 8.1 i was like wtf for about a few days , than i realized it was just behind the internet page and not overlapping LOL

I had thought of that too but nothing worked in settings....Sunni's idea worked, it was underneath the browser window. Thanks alla ya
