Cant I just flower my plants outside?

I live in Florida and we are getting 11-13 hours of light per day. So can't I just leave them outside to flower naturally?

The reason I ask is my seeds just came in the mail today and I need to make room for the good shit =D

Yah, it's South Florida so the weather is pretty good even in winter...
