I cook mostly with lard and tallow. I render my own tallow at home. Could someone give me a good recipe for canna tallow/lard? Here's a comparison between the fat contents of lard, tallow, and butter (via Wikipedia):
Butter, unsalted

I think most people use 1/2oz of herb per stick of butter. Lard would work too. Pretty much anything with fat content will work. Olive oil, butter, milk, cream, bacon grease, cheese, mayo... just as long as the mixture contains fat and is heated, the cannibus will infuse. Good luck and let me know how it works out!!!
