Cannabis Midgets?

Fellow rollers!

I Planted two seeds about 45 days ago and had these two plants.

One never grew a thick stem and just looked like a sprout for the longest time.

I put them both outside to start flowering and this is how they look now.

Any thoughts on what happened here?

Has this ever happened to you?

Both of these are the same age

It's a runt. I get one from seed occasionally. I'm growing one right now just to see how it smokes compared to it's sisters that are normal. First picture at the start of flowering, second picture taken today, flowering for 11 weeks so far.

can happen when a root formation is damaged, an early ph lock too.
clone it, wont be another runt I bet.... for real....I'd like to see

It's a runt for sure. They happen. It would be good to see if you clone it will it grow a normal sized plant. I think it will.
