well the ruling came down for the case that the BC Compassion Club was fighting. they had a grower who supplied a great indica strain (PoChi) and got raided...he was then charged back taxes but CRA for supplying meds to the BCCCS. this is so wrong by the judge saying it's not the same a a prescription..it's like an over the counter medicine....i wonder where this judge got that from since you can only access it with the OK from a Dr...like a prescription

Sorry dude but your wrong in saying i am wrong... Cannabis does not have a drug identification number, a doctor cannot prescribe anything that does not have a DIN... Its like having a bladder infection and doctor says try cranberry juice.... ill tell you right now he doesnt write cranberry juice on a prescription pad...

someone has to get a grip on whats what..thats for sure... ;)

Oh ya...and does your doctor just say to go buy MMJ. No he doesn't. It's basically a prescription or type of note from a doctor that allows the purchase. Your splitting hairs in the wrong direction by implying you don't need a doctor to help you get it legally.
Without a doctors approval your not going to get it legally...unlike cranberry juice.
He can tell you to get anything, but without his paper work you won't get MMJ legally.
You know that.

They can call it whatever they want or refuse to give it a DIN, but it doesn't change what it IS. If it is only available for medical use and ONLY with the written okay of a doctor, it has all the same controls as a prescription drug. The comparison using cranberry juice is no comparison at all, as you do not require permission from a doctor to buy cranberry juice.

you really said that?? so do i need a Dr note to be able to purchase from your company? or can i get "get some"
if i can't just "get some"..why not? oh yeah, you need the Dr note...same as a prescription.
see the flaw in that logic?

Ah yes, the legal equivalent of the "I'll hold my breath and stomp my foot and up will become down!".

Going into a club with a note from your doctor that says "Chris has a hurt butt" doesn't make it a prescription for weed.

Ah yes, our resident troll surfaces to try to discredit yet another one of my posts. How in the hell did you come up 'hold my breath' or 'stomp my feet' out of me pointing out that weed is treated exactly like a prescription? That was incredibly lame even for a mental midget like yourself. Get tired of waiting for a reply from 4 yr. old DG post you tried to call out? You must have a extremely pathetic, miserable existence.

I have smoked a ton of pochi and it is a very strong indica with a delicious peppery scent and taste.

OGEvilgenius: the grower named it after his dog, i read that when he was charged and had a chuckle to myself as i always tried to find the genetics for what i was smoking. they told me it was cannabis chinensis when i asked. take that with a grain of salt

I only tried it once when it first came on the menu at the VICS as Mike and Doug recommended I try it. I was impressed. Not an indica guy really though. I don't tend to get that many flowers from dispensaries. Some shatters but that's about it. I will from time to time though. Warlock is stellar from the VICS if you can get it. One of the best grown flowers on the island no doubt about it IMO.
