Cannabis Clubs in San Jose taking more heat

not really shocked over this one bit. The city allowed them to run out of control and didnt regulate them now they got to play catch up. But for a city who is strapped for cash and cant pay their new to retire and retired city / civil employees they may want to keep more then 10 open.
in my opinion the citys and or state need to crack down on / regulate all the clubs. news like this being published out of one of the states larger citys is only going to draw the attention of the Feds. If the Feds see that states and citys cant keep medical marijuana dispensaries under control its just going to egg them on to come and clean up the problem that such places cant do for themselves. but i do wonder why is San Jose so far behind in doing this? how far did they have their heads up each others asses to just now after 15 years figure out there mite be a problem.
