I am extremely bi-polar, diagnosed at age 12 with the rapid cycling type of disease. Seroquel helps more than anything, I take 500mg a day. But weed definetely helps with the depression part.

I'm trying to get into the University of Orgeon... The department of botany and plant pathology. Does the law care about home grown? I would be living in Corvallis/Albany area..

early in this thread it was said that alaska was a good place to get a med
card well thats not true, the only people to get a med card here in alaska
are aids, cancer or serius terninal deseases, trust me my wife is bipoler and
has RLS, and cronic back pain and we have had no luck geting one and the
people that do have it can only have 6 total plant no more than 3 in bud
and no more than a ounce of personal so that seems hard to stay meded
without times where you will run out. that a little FYI

Portland is expensive, You could try outlying communities like forest grove, that's a nice little college town. Be careful peeps are real paranoid out there. Public transportation goes all the way out there but it's a good hour into the city on a good day. You have to really like the city to live in portland, but you don't have to to enjoy it. I recommend sitting outside the city, get med, and stay low w/ the dro. But portland is a cool place. It's expensive tho, but the weed....smells like fuckin' grapefruit. Don't bother with the BiPolar, they won't take it. You'd have to get it for the pain.
