Canna care, anyone been denied?

I am thinking of going to a mass canna care doc and try to get legal for chronic pain in my clavicle, otherwise known as a collarbone. I broke it twice no surgeries but have had follow ups and rehab for it. I was also prescribed non narcotic muscle relaxers and recommended to take ibuprofen after the fact when I told my dr sit was healed but still giving me trouble. It hurts when I'm done working and even strains my back because of it . Don't want to waiste the time if they're going to deny me because they think I'm just a 22 year old looking to score pot.

Probably wont get denied but then you'll still have to do a little searching to find a caregiver. Then i think u need to register the caregiver & u now r suppose to give the dph like 50$ n register with them too. But once u have yer medication cops cant take it away n give u a fine... unless of course yer high in public,or driving.

If you have a documented history of an acceptable illness, and chronic pain is one, you shouldn't have an issue. I talked to a few places, Canna being one, about getting a Rec for my Crohns, but I had stopped going to drs. for it almost 2 yrs ago because I am able to manage it on my own without their BS. All I did was get copies of my med records showing a history of treatment. I never got a Rec, but for other reasons of my own, I was fully eligible..

You have to have medical documentation for the last year or 2 however thats not always true either
My condition started at age 13. Cannot be disputed in any way so when i went for my card, I had no "current" documentation. Just proof of my afflictions. Thats all i needed
But i was told beforehand it had to be current
Ptsd is what i was approved for, so i used no current records just diagnosis

if I have documented diagnosis for the past 6 years of ptsd, agoraphobia, ocd, depression, severe panic disorder, generalized anxiety, low back pain, and irritable bowel syndrome should I try or do u think they will accuse me of trying to get high. it's also In my record that I Am an avid marijuana user. I am also on Suboxone and have been for 10 months. my doc knows and doesn't care, she knows I'm gonna try for my Ssdi and has encouraged it. do u think she will trump my claim with a "u just wanna get high free" card? I am a 32 year old married white male if that has any bearing

My approval is based on ptsd. I have many diagnosis' like you do. My records were not current. I had had a recent eval done based in my ptsd alone but severe anxiety & depression go with it
Dr simply asked me which of my multiple traumas bothered me the most. Told her which one boom instant approval
Weed is the only med thst helps me
