Then why would people buy it?

I can go to the reserve and the lady goes here (opens pound of weed) "smell, it's death bubba" I said, sure is I'll take a q please, she said it's Tuesday, here's a half, for the price of a q. I smiled and walked to my car and drove home lol

Not buying what I don't know or can't smell or see..
Im not far from the res. I might have to go check it out just to see what they have. I am 4 weeks out from stocked up til next year.

Because its all part of their harm reduction. They don't want to glamorize cannabis. Their words, not mine

legalization could easily have wiped out the black market.... but they way they've done it shows they clearly don't care about that compared to just getting money and protecting the interest of the LPs. I called this years ago too. There was no way people were investing tens of millions so they could only sell to a few thousand medical patients (maybe a few tens to thousands max) and then have to compete in a legal market against people with a fraction of the capital costs.

I mean public safety.
