I can vouge(sp) for Hemp Depot, they won't do you dirty.

PeakseedsBC, Hemp Depot and Vancouver Seed Bank will do you right. IMO your odds of getting seeds from Canada are probably higher than from Europe but that might not be accurate.

I've used all 3 for the record.
