Can we get a list of folks NOT to deal with in the Arizona Marijuana Business??

another misinformed self taught lawyer - it takes 3/4 of both bodies to change a citizen's initiative. not going to happen to change the 25 mile rule. the only realistic path is another initiative. but see my new post about actually challenging the rule.
I thought you were done with the thread?
Aside from the mud slinging, IF you have the name C O M P A S S I O N in your business name, I'd expect some sort of compassion for patients. Even at $300 an oz, the price is ridiculous! To me, it seems like you are in it for the money.
Also, quit being such an e-thug trying to tell people where to find you. All it takes someone who is pissed enough or has nothing to lose and you could meet your maker, just saying.

Al Sobol Florida, RN Rain Baker Arizona and Cannabis Medical Farmers market Camp420, Nicholas Vitas aka Nick Vitas aka Nick Vitazs from Maryland Mesa Arizona Florida, Attorney Paul Conant Scottsdale, Dr. Bruce Bedrick Scottsdale Arizona, somebody named Megan ___________ somebody named David Berkowitz from Green Cross http://azmjdoctor.com , http://www.203organixaz.com , http://www.swctempe.com , http://www.harvestoftempe.com They want to run your business but put all the risk on the directors while making a killing like they did to Jean and Linda at the Surprise dispensery.

A few of those people on that list are some good peeps. You seem bitter.

So far ive heard nothing but BAD stuff about:

Al Sobol ....pretty much common knowledge if you do some searching around. This dude has put a pretty major black eye on the industry in every sense of the word.

Ingrid Joiya ...aka: Ingrid Warrick. She runs Elements and screwed over a bunch of people from what ive heard from people AT ELEMENTS. I hear she had 45 people apply and pay her a 25k fee and pretty much all of them were returned as bad applications. So much for that business model!

Shadi Zaki....don't know much about this guy but heard he left town already and used to own the GreenLeaf

Jason ____ can't recall the last name of this guy but a ton of people got majorly screwed by him.

this would be a good thread to warn newcomers about people to be leary of.

That being said, I think its always a good idea to do your own due diligence and research people really well before getting into bed with anyone.

Lucius, I have no idea of idea who you are or from where you got your information. NUMBER ONE FALLACY. I never "ran Elements". I developed a business model - Elements Caregiver Collective - which licensees owned when there were no dispensaries. Contrary to your assertion that people were screwed, Elements was named "the one legitimate place for pot" by the Arizona Republic.

NUMBER TWO FALLACY. We submitted 8 applications (not 45), and one of our applicants was selected - White Mountain Healthcare. It had nothing to do with our ability however because applicants were selected by the luck of the draw in the lottery. - Contrary to your claim, however, not one of our applications was returned as a "bad application". Every single application received administrative approval from DHS.

NUMBER THREE FALLACY. The fee for our services was not $25,000, but $12,000 for which we did ALL of the work - identification of location, market research, zoning, operational and security plan. Unlike groups that were charging $100,000, we chose a flat fee to provide an invaluable service.

While you are certainly entitled to your opinion, you are simply wrong and are spewing information about which you obviously have no knowledge. You are apparently comfortable in disclosing information over which you have no knowledge under the anonymity of the internet - Takes a real man to do that for sure!

Ingrid Joiya Warrick

PS. I know Shadi Zaky and he has not left the state. He's a great guy and was truly a frontrunner in the industry when everyone else jumped ship!
