Can we get a list of folks NOT to deal with in the Arizona Marijuana Business??

So far ive heard nothing but BAD stuff about:

Al Sobol ....pretty much common knowledge if you do some searching around. This dude has put a pretty major black eye on the industry in every sense of the word.

Ingrid Joiya ...aka: Ingrid Warrick. She runs Elements and screwed over a bunch of people from what ive heard from people AT ELEMENTS. I hear she had 45 people apply and pay her a 25k fee and pretty much all of them were returned as bad applications. So much for that business model!

Shadi Zaki....don't know much about this guy but heard he left town already and used to own the GreenLeaf

Jason ____ can't recall the last name of this guy but a ton of people got majorly screwed by him.

this would be a good thread to warn newcomers about people to be leary of.

That being said, I think its always a good idea to do your own due diligence and research people really well before getting involved.

Gerald Gaines Compassion First- this guy is the head of all the non-profits that CFCC donates too. Try to get a straight answer from this guy about what will happen to the growers at his locations when dispensaries open, won't happen.

Shadi- from green leaf is in Jail in Phx, supposedly.

Wegrow, Serendipidis and associates, (Dahr Mann was just hit with 13 felony charges in his home town of Oakland for fudging monetary stats.) oh yeah, their Chinese equipment is soooo overpriced.

Altitude Organics, they want to run your business but put all the risk on the directors while making a killing. (might be associated w/ 500k loan that was deemed mute by the courts.)

Rose Law Group- pissing on the ethical concept of conflict of interest by representing a hearty amount of dispensary hopefulls in the same CHAA. Also know to favor and supply more info to clients with large financial backing while every other dispensary client is on the backburner.

Growers, this is more of a general category, who claim they can deliver the world but have no dry/sample products or proof they can grow beyond Internet knowledge/ stolen pics. The best line is I'm currently not growing, or I grew in the 70's & 80's. Thats like saying I learned a computer program in the 80's but haven't touched a computer since. The rebuttal is always, "but I have the best strains around and I know all the best growers or I can get whatever strain"...WTF?

Cant forget Will Humble, the puppet. This guy started a fake Facebook account so he could troll conversations about the medical marijuan program in order to adjust the laws to favor certain individuals... there is a recent article about his misguided tactics..

Lee Iacocca should not be trusted with your pot. He used to be the chairman of Chrysler Motors but now he's living on the streets of Flagstaff bumming change from anyone.

Frank Zappa is dead so no worries there.

Justin Bieber is a flake, do not sell him anything.

George W. Bush still owes me a bunch of money and I think he is a tweaker so don't even tell him where you live.

Gerald is just a capitalist. I don't think he has screwed anyone at this time. Although all the growers who have used his spot are definitely high and dry soon and he should def let them know that IMO.

Rose Law Group has done ok for us thusfar but all Lawyers are pieces of shit IMO.

Interesting info about the WeGrow dude. Not that he doesn't come off as 100% shady to begin with. I have no first hand experience with him.

Sadly, Gerald is screwing people everyday. Garbage medicine at outrageous prices.
The cultivation facilities are a crock as well, good way to get your name in the paper I guess. If I remember correctly some of the tents were divided down the middle by panda film, for a veg and flower, that screams light leak...

Why hasent he been fucked with by authorities?
Probably because they are scared of his wealth...
He has hundreds of plants in one facility.

Is Gerald the guy that runs the caregiver circle that was selling seeded half o's for 200 + ? If so I personally wouldn't do business with him ever in a million years

So clear it up then...

You guys are or aren't selling seeded product:
What happens to the caregivers and growers in your facility after the dispensaries open:
You guys are or aren't putting veg and flower in the same tent:
You guys do or don't have hundreds , possibly even thousands of plants, in one facility:

Since you're here to stop the rumors, you should address some of the specific accusations that have been made about your organization on these boards.

P.S. An answer of everyone is happy isn't going to appease us forum mongers.

You have more places to address these rumors than the forums... When I first heard about CFCC it was at a popular valley grow shop... word was around there that a whole bunch of growers had their crop seeded by someone allowed to keep males in their grow space.

I would love to hear your responses on this, if you guys really are medicating tons of patients at a reasonable price, then we are on the same page after all. I am an advocate for patient rights, I have a serious chronic ailment and all I care about is being able to medicate with the highest quality medicine daily, legally, and cheaply.

Luckily I have been around the block before.. and don't need a facility or group of people to serve my MMJ interests, however in the future if I do, now would be your time to convince me and others why you guys are so great.

If you are for the 25 mile rule regardless of reason FUCK YOU !!!!!!!

Best try to change opinions elsewhere you will only get your metaphorical shit pushed in trying to one up smarties around here....

....100% tests our medicine and our prices are right in line with what it costs to produce quality medicine. you get what you pay for....
Really, I mean really. You are in the wrong game if that is what it cost you to produce seedy weed hahaha. With that being said you don't always get what you pay for and while I have never delt with you. I wont ever deal with you on the fact that you are trying to tell me its cost you $200oz to produce because you are just flat out lying haha oh wait thats what you charge for halfs. Nutes, water, power, space and time... in the end cost me about 80 dollars an oz for smoke that I would be willing to take the pepsi challenge with anything you got. Shit I switch over to 240 instead 120s I could cut that in half. youre telling me me that you and your circle can't get your cost below 200 a half. You charge full black market retail and call yourself compassion first.....I'm sure

see previous comments - try and find an actual patient of ours, or a current caregiver, who is not satisfied with the process or the product. we are the only group that 100% tests our medicine and our prices are right in line with what it costs to produce quality medicine. you get what you pay for.

i've yet to run across someone complaining here who is not an ex-caregiver with a grudge - sorry we threw out a few thieves, and if you couldn't take care of your patient....

...so, an open forum for anyone who actually has a real complaint and is not just trying to win a grudge match - i'm really easy to find
$200 half ounces are not inline with what it costs to produce medicine esp. @ a facility where growers pay you apparently $2000 in product every month to cover the overhead. The monthly price has also increased from what CFCC originally told me, $1200.
Please feel free to correct this information as well....
Of course no one is complaining if they are not an ex-caregiver.... What do the ex-caregivers have to say? No offense, but why would an employee talk trash about their employer.

You talk about helping people and setting a good image for the industry, why would you not seek out the most experienced cultivators for your facilities? The product and efficiency of these individuals would REALLY help people, not to mention set the bar for the quality of medicine patients truly deserve when dispensaries come around.. Again, the efficiency factor, constant quality product on a constant basis, at a unbelievable rate. Not some inexperienced who-haa growing for shit and you turning around and selling their mediocre herb to unsuspecting patients who have no idea most CA and CO dispensaries have a $45 eight cap....

The real growers would not pay you the fees you are asking because they have actually taken the time to equate the costs of producing a gram on the wholesale level. To be honest, the product they grow would be is worth way more than a provided facilty with outrageous costs.

What you reef to as quality medicine may not be so quality to knowledgable patients/ patients who need real medicine to cope with their ailments, not some novicley grow cannabis. Helping people is giving the a legitimate product at a cost effective rate, that is why everyone supports the 25 mile besides you and the profiteers. If dispensaries and operations like yours would not make medicine an eccentricity for people who really need it, nobody would care about the rule.
Just like big pharma for patients without insurance...

Caregivers are also going to be obsolete when dispensaries open unless they or their patient lives 25 miles out. They sate did a good job of making that tough so will limit the amount of people receiving affordable meds. If you want to help why support that, no doubt there should be oversight but the best growers currently following the law and actually helping with be considered criminals.

I dont know CFCC, I dont grow meds, I dont live in a medical state. I do know that we pretty dialed in around here (at least my small cadre) is. I cant see 200 a half in any market. Compassion is a term which implies selflessness. I give trees away man. Money is not gonna come into play. I have read collectives actually supply a certain amount of meds to patients per month free of charge. I am sure some dispensaries are similar. While cash is still being exchanged in the end this practice seems more compassionate. I would hope that some would not be reaping profits at someone's expense, and distributing low grade medical cannabis. Money is good, make the value comparable with the market and quality of product.

To introduce myself to the forum - yes, I really am Gerald Gaines, and am using this forum to help stop all of the rumors that float around.

First, Anyone, anyone, that has a complaint with our organization can always see the real me, in the real world. Just google compassion first and set up an appointment. But if you're on here flaming away then just about anyone can see you're just hiding behind the internet to throw hand grenades. not very brave.

Second, while we are looking long term to make money, we intend to earn that not as a dispensary, which will be nonprofit, but as an advocate for the industry, that must prove it's worth to stay in business. No one has tried this model before, it is very risky, but it is my money and other private investor money at risk, no one else's.

Third, there's not always a conspiracy just because you're on the outside looking in. I know everyone on this board must hate the 25 mile rule, but we never would have got those last 5,000 votes to get Prop 203 passed had there been the prospect of unlimited home cultivation. That's a political battle for another time.

We are on the same side - we all want complete legalization - the only question is the path.
That Ingrid chick from Elements says you're a mental case but you seem cool so i'll give you the benefit of the doubt. Gerald can you please message me your contact info. We have a mutual lawsuit that we have been connected through and I think we should definitely meet.
