Can Visitors Get a Marijuana Card?

Hi, I'm Icelandic, and I'm wondering if it is possible for me to get a marijuana card if I'm in California on a vacation?

there's alot of weed around here find some one that will go in the pot clubs for you ... or find some street dealerz

if you have a change of address or a lease agrement you can get one technically, but you would have to tell the doc you live here and it would be alot of trouble.

theres plenty of street dealers, just go to the beach and look for bookbag and beenies lol
