Iron deficiency, usually caused by high pH instead of lack of iron.
First step, get a pH pen and check your water. If it's higher than 7, go get some pH down and add a few drops and check with your pH pen. 6.3 to 6.7 is ideal.
If that's not the issue, it's probably high soil pH. (So you'd use better soil next time)
