Can I transplant now or do I need to clear up this issue first?

First grow of course, RDWC, RO water, all White Widow about 21-24 days since first light. Started in propagator/heating pad for the first 12 days. Moved them into the bigger blocks and placed 24" below 400wMH and started venting dome. Temps 70-75, ambient RH is 30% after removing the dome completely. Watered day 14 with remaining previously PHed water from the propagator tray but like a dumb shit I didn't check the PH before doing so. Immediately after that watering I decided they should get light nutes(GH 3 part). Dumped the tray and made 200ppm solution with about 20ppm calmag, PH6, poured it over the blocks and in the tray. Over the next week I used the solution left in the tray to re-wet the blocks a couple times as they got dry. last night I noticed this problem(pics). I tested the PH of the tray solution and it was 7.5+!. As far as I can tell it could be N or Mag deficiency. Whatever it is, it is spreading from bottom to top. I flushed the blocks and I made made a new solution at 400ppm with about 50ppm being calmag and I went heaver on the Flora Micro. then moved them back under the T5's. Im pretty sure that my failure to monitor the PH of the tray water and then using it to water/feed is the base of the problem and it should work itself out now that I am aware. I assume you want to transplant only perfectly healthy plants? I am anxious is I took me a week longer than planned to renovate and prep the area for the grow but its ready now and I feel like they should have been in the tent a week ago and their roots should already be swimming but now I am afraid to transplant in this condition. I don't know If leaving them in these blocks could cause issues. The bottom of the cubes 30-40% full of exposed roots and some of which are dying due to the exposure.I Can someone drop some educated opinions on me about the deficiency and transplanting question?
SMH, I knew this was a bad investment considering I have killed every plant I have ever been responsible for, including cactus.
Greatly appreciate any help

I'm thinking that like me you are an overthinker. I read your whole post and you offer your own solution. When I get in my head I miss steps, and it's OK, it's a good way to learn. I could be wrong in my assumption and I'm by no means dissing. I think your plants aren't far off and if you find that rhythm you're going to do just fine. We all agree so far on where to start. Cheers on your grow
F yes, you are spot on. I find myself in severe "analysis paralysis" on the daily. I spent hours searching for similar symptoms and could find a 100% match for a diagnosis so I freaked a little bit. I have been meticulously prepping and researching this project for months and convinced myself that I had all the bases covered and everything was going to go smoothly. Ha, what an idiot I am lol.

500 is pretty high, mine is about half that and smells of sulfur. I tried RO for a couple grows and found the PH instability too crazy to keep up with. Now I use mineralize'd RO for drinking and cooking..Plants love the tap water.. Have you tried using your tap water?

Haven't tried the tap water but the opinions I have been reading seemed to conclude that 500ppm especially with a softner in line is not recommended but I'm not opposed to trying it at some point. The build up it leaves around my humidifier and shower walls is a pain in the ass and I imagine it would make a rdwc system a 1 time use though

I corrected the PH issue and everything cleared up. For a while at least. I recently had a new problem so I did a res flush/change and left 10% of the tap water flush in the system. Still used calmag but only about 100ppm. I am interested to see how they respond.
