can i harvest now??

Can someone give me some help on this.
My Northern soul is 9 1/2 weeks into flower, the recommended time is between 9 and 10 weeks.
the trichomes are a cloudy colour but the pistils are between browny red and white.
I have read that when the trichomes are a cloudy colour it gives you a head high (which is what i want) rather than a couch lock when they are mostly amber.
My main concern is the pistils, should i wait for them to turn brown or harvest now while they are 50% white 50% brown and the trichomes are milky or wait till they are brown and the trichomes are 50/50 cloudy/amber??

I think based on the info you provided, you need to do a flush and only plain ph'd water feeding for the next two weeks. Then harvest.

if you want a head high then harvest now.when the pistals are50/50 and the trichs are cloudy that means head high.when the the pistal are more than 70/30 and the trichs turn amber, then you get a body high(couchlock)i like the body buzz better, its better for medicine, more narcotic like

I thought if you wanted a head high you grow a sativa? Or vise versa you know? Maybe im wrong but i see ALOT of people cutting way early but what do I know im fairly new. Id wait tell it matures other wise its a waist of time your just getting Half as high not a "head" high by taking it early thats my thoughts on it anyways.

sativa do have more of a head high compared to idica, but, when you harvest your plant also effects the high you get.the longer you let the plant go it produces more canaboids(i think thats what their called, could be wrong)anyway this will create more of a body high.indica strains tend to produce more of these so thats why they have more of a body buzz.

I dont like it when its chopped to early I always wait till all the trichs turn amber. They say u get a more of a head high high if chopped early a more sativa buzz. I think you just get a mild buzz that doesnt last as long. I've had sativas that have been grown till all the trichs are amber and still got the sativa high. I will never harvest when trichs are just cloudy coz i want my buds to be as potent as they can be.
