Can I get a recommendation?

I was diagnosed with a urinary tract stricture about 8 months ago and along with that came some serious health anxiety. Can't even go to the bathroom sometimes without a panic attack. I had to have a catheter for a week to dilate my urinary tract. It helped at first but symptoms slowly coming back. Especially at night. I can't get a full nights sleep without having to go every couple of hours. Also the anxiety caused by this the doctor prescribed me Xanax which I hate to take and causes me to become a zombie of myself. I didn't have very good insurance so I couldn't see my primary to much but I did see him and a specialist for the stricture and I'm currently seeing a psychologist for the anxiety issues. The Xanax didn't help unless I took to much which was actually what the dosage they prescribed was, guess my body just has no tolerance for it. I would like to go back to my primary to get more documentation but just can't afford it. The only thing that has helped me positively with my anxiety and being able to sleep is marijuana. And also at night when I use marijuana it helps my muscles relax and enables me to urinate better. Any help would be greatly appreciated and if anyone can recommend a place to get my recommendation that would understand this please let me know. Thanks for any help.

in my understanding, if you have an ongoing relationship with your current physician, he or she is within her rights to give you a rec. in mass. But, beyond that, not sure whether he or she WILL so recommend. Best of luck to you, thoughts and prayers are with you friend,
Be easy,
:peace:

Thank you so much for the thoughts and prayers. Unfortunately the small town I live in none of the doctors are willing to recommend mmj. I'm willing to travel. I just want to be sure that I will be able to acquire my card for these conditions before I invest the time and money to do so.

Look in the RI Patient forum for Dr's that you can go to. I believe that there some in the Boston area and that is all they do on certain days for the week. I do not think that anything can be certain but it is your best shot. Good luck.

I noticed you posted this in another forum. Sometimes it is easier to link them.

Found this for you: " Canna care docs in Massachusetts are helpful And understanding doctors. ". You do live in MA correct?

Yes I do. I was actually looking at them as well. Couldn't really find any reviews. I'm gonna visit them Monday and see of it could work. Thanks so much for your help.

Anytime, I hope you are successful. Check the RI forum for reviews but they will be buried in threads about going out of state to get Dr's signatures. Let me know if you make out with them if you do not mind.

http://www.cureyourowncancer.org/rick-simpson.html this site has allot of info and how oil can help/cure allot of illnesses. i will say this doctors are great at finding whats wrong but they dont cure nothing period. pharmacies lied to us all. they want big money is all. stop taking that Xanax asap research on Google the side affects. im not saying the oil will cure what you have but will help with new cell growth and take the pain away while you find a natural cure. who knows it might cure you. you may have to change your diet and balance your ph and stay away from sugar, yes Sugar is your worst enemy. grow a stevia plant use it instead of sugar. if you have issues in your body it starts with your brain and the oil will grow new brain cells. Ill pray for you and you can pm me if you need.

canna care in worcester worked out well for me. i am not saying they want to hook you up with weed. they are compassionate though and want to help you feel better which is different than most doctors that are mainstream and have sold out to big pharmaceutical companies.

just so there is no misunderstanding. you can't get your card yet and there are no dispensaries at this time. massachusetts is still screwing around with the law. you will get a doctors recommendation which you will have to submit to the dept of health to get a card when they get their acts together.
