Time for a good wake n bake to get ready for the super bowl. I tried this drink last night at the bar called zombie brains. I found the recipe on epic meal time. Its peach schnapps in a glass and then a little baileys in there on top of it. The baileys gets all clumpy and gross and looks like a brain in the schnapps. Then you put just a couple drops of grenadine in there so it looks like blood. Its damn tasty for being clumpy and gross looking. If you guys havent watched epic meal time on YouTube you gotta check it out. Those guys are seriously hilarious and theres like 500 episodes. @roseypeach

Well the og is/was one inch from the ceiling. It got tall. 7'8" and still going  so i took it off the table and put it on the floor and its in the sweet zone again ;) i cracked off a bigtime move on one of the grape kush plants to bring it back under the vertical limit on the footprint....i call it "craning". It takes zip ties and BIGole shrimp skewers. I have no more floor room so its breakin time  this is what i call craning, the zip tie on the fulcrum of the skewers is only on the stix, not the plant. image.pngimage.png @shadow22 , this may help to even your canopy if you have an empty spot on the top of your scrog...its called supercropping but with the crane attached. Just pick the spot where the tree will fall where theres an open spot on the screen. Have a tequila shot, and then go perpendicular to the fall zone, squeeze to make it fall over (like twice), and then gently lightly slowly push it down to just over 90 degrees, lets say 110 for you. Make sure you have the ties and stix ready ;)

Oh and the skinny ass leaves you see behind are on the og. It hasnt been under the light footprint for a month so the leaves are starting to go extra skinny and lose hope. I dropped it like two and a half feet and put it right back in the sweet zone so well see if the tops come back to healthy.

Lemon auto came down today. It was showing the first sign of a foxtail so i killed it. Mostly cloudy trics with some ambers on the leaves and a few on the buds. Smells great and looks good too. Im pretty sure ill be happy with the weight on it. Ill get the final pics up in a day or so. It was probably one of the most fun plants ive ever grown, the buds are all a little bigger than golf balls and seem nice and dense. I think it was at around 100 days but i probably should have taken it three days back. Nothing wrong with when it came down, i just like chopping on the early side.

Whats bad about foxtailing? I thought it was just the top cola structure on some plants.... enlighten me.
When some plants get past maturity, or too warm, the buds can start freaking out. Some foxtails are genetically normal and expected in some strains, most wont do it, some will. I think its a sativa thing..or a haze thing..? The other tyoe of foxtailing is not good. It happens when the rooms too hot sometimes. Or when the plant hasn't been pollenated and is going past ripe. The buds can shoot out extra stems that blast chunks of calyxes out of formation and they dont trim out well. You cant leave the ugly foxtails on because they look like real fox tails and the stem that pushes out doesnt have enough calyxes to connect. Heres bad foxtails.. Not my pic, but you see how theres a stem in the middle top bud, and the right top bud, those will look terrible when they dry so they just get cut off. These are heat or overripe fox tails. image.pngNow the other natural type of foxtailing is normal and expected. Heres a pic from @OGEvilgenius in the dynasty seeds thread. These are haze trait normal foxtails and will be just fine dried since the calyxes are all connected. This is a prime example of what you were talking about with the desirable foxtails. Id love to stick a bud of this dynasty seeds bud right in my pipe....this below, is good weed. image.png

congrats bro, I've had some before and it's good smoke, how is the grape doing
Grape is looking ok. The short fat one is getting thick buds but its so small... The other three big ones arent filling out as much but theres waaayyyyy more of them on the plant. The one i craned down has started to lift itself up already. I finally got my a/c fixed so the lights are back up to 1000watts rather than dimmed down to 600watts. The first half of this flower was a big shit show and im not exactly happy with how it played out. I had 100 degree temps for the first three weeks of flower....stretchy plants with low production... It sucks but i think theyll come right around now that the temps are back on track. Co2s kickin again because i dont have to have the door open all the time to vent it and itll hold the co2 instead of blasting it all out. Ill get some pics soon, widow freebie from GorillaSeedBank is kickin ass. Stinky, full, tough branches, frosty, production style. The og kush that was another freebie is a total sativa style plant. Looks like a tall skinny christmas tree and is also really full of bud. I dont know how its going to turn out yet, may be a long finisher. That smelly lemon auto was so fun.
