Cali Connection Alien OG

Popped a new strain a few weeks ago. Same plan as all my other grows; soiless promix hp, hydroponic research veg&bloom nutes, 5 gallon smart pot but this time I might be growing under LED if I get my light done before I transfer it from the clone cabinet to the grow room. I get good numbers from the 400w mh/600w hps combo but in bloom I get some bleaching and my temps start flirting with high 80s. So I'm trying to design a light with the help of the guys in the led threads that will still give me similar results minus the heat and bleaching. Feel free to comment or give me pointers.

Nice! I always pay extra attention to cali conn grows because they are bashed so hard all over...seen some really nice plants come through tho. I got a pack of tahoe og regs just waiting to be popped!

They get bashed? Thought they were supposed to be the cats meow. This one is doin good so far. Popped easy and is growing kinda slow but my temps are kinda low and it's actually good it's slow cause I'm trying to get my led finished. I don't want to transfer it to the big room till that's done.

Fim turned out good. Wound up with 2 nice stems. I'll probably to one more time.

Got it moved into the grow room. Under the new led. It's running at 50% so like 150 watts.

Oh so thats why youre following my cali connection thread too. Ok ill sub to this one ive smoked the alien og and it was great. Its a really happy, relaxed, euphoric high. I love it.

I do scrog with some super cropping to keep the height down.

Main line and scrog go well together. Its an art form dedicated to keeping the piping even as well as the canopy.

I veg until the screen is full. And it's 8 cobs.

When I transplanted up an went from t5 to my diy cobs the plants took a minute to dounce back and be able to handle the light they were receiving even below half power with the cobs... The cobs also turned them into little mag whores vs. my hps runs...
