hello all.,
Here are some pics of my plants which have been doing ok, about 5 weeks in veg.

Worried a bit about the burn.. Ph the last 24 hours has been 6.0 the preceding 5 days jumping around from 6.8-6.0...
Ppm is running about 540
Coco for substrate
Temp running from 60-69
Lights are led were about 18-20 in from tops 2 days ago. They did it look happy then.

P
Humidity is running about 52%
Temp is 72-79f
Fan runs intermittently

Humidity in root zone runs about 63 or so with temps around 62-67 if I recall ...

I usually throw in a handful of Epsom salts and also some garden lime every res change ,,
Here also is a pic of res

Amy help greatly appreciated

To me it looks like you where having a problem. The undergrowth is trashed but the new growth looks good with maybe a tinge of nute burn to the very tips. I think whatever iu changed did it good. Stay diligent my friend and happy growing.

Ph has been an ongoing thorn in my side. And I do tend to drop it pretty quick between waterings .... 10 min off 1.5 min on..

I forgot to add tap water is 7.2 170 ppm I don't use ro and have only used 2 gallons f distilled the whole time. Otherwise tap.

Twice the roots went dry for 3-5 hours. And ph was a demon I could not wrangle in..
I have it hung by his toes now.. Watering was 1 minute on and 15 min off.. Sometimes 30.. While ph still fluctuating. ..

Got a new timer it is now 4-7 off and 1 min on.. Yes they do look so much better now, and yes, I see the issues "below" the canopy.. And how it has changed..

7.2 at 170 is fine for growing. With those numbers I seriously doubt it's total alkalinity is a problem.
The garden lime is. It has no place in a res.

I think you have a calcium deficiency. Throwing epsom salts (Magnesium Sulfate) is fine for Mg but it does nothing for calcium . Im doubtful a tap with 170 ppm has much calcium.

I would ditch the salts and calimagic until you get to a higher strength nutrient concentration in flower

I shall leave out the lime next res change.. Thank you for replying people's.
Any and all others welcome..

In The last 2 weeks the water has shutoff 3-5 hours two times which left the roots at risk and very dry. Ph has been been bouncing a whole point over 24-36 hours. Back and forth. From 6.0-7.0...
The biggest thing I can think of., well. ,2 is the ph is stable and watering times are the same. Much more water hence I'm thinking nuts, are helping.

I will forgo the lime, this time and maybe the salt.. I do a pot rinse for salts once a week, and I will keep nutes the same as I have the last couple days.
See above post for pics of notebook on feeding..
N. Thanks
