I found one seed in a bud of Female Seeds C99 and have decided to cross it with a Vision Seeds Super Skunk I got as a freebie.

Plan to spray the SS with Tiresias Mist and pollinate the Cindy

C99 @ 2.5 weeks, SS @ 1 week

4 x 4' HO T5 in a 4x6x2 tent

3 gal DIY air pots, 50/50 coco/perlite, layer of Hydroton on top and bottom, running AN Ph perfect 3 part that I've had sitting on the shelf for a year just to use it up.

c99 @ 3.5 weeks, skunk @ 2.

Both girls seems happy under the T5s, got 4 fans handling temps and air exchange.. keeping it in the mid/upper 80s

They've had a few feeds of Cal-mag, protekt, roots excelurator, and 3 part AN ph perfect, no signs of deficiencies or nute sensitivity so far.

Think I'll let them go another couple of weeks before I spray the mist and cut back lights.

I've decided to just spray one branch of the C99 so I can hopefully get some more straight C99 seeds as wells as the cross.

Cindy @ 4.5 weeks, Skunk @ 3. Cindy could have been switched to 12/12 a week ago but I was waiting on the skunk to catch up.

I've gotta say I'm really pleased with the growth of both these girls especially Cindy which is a contender for the prettiest plant I've ever grown,
hopefully this cross works out well and the skunk adds some Indica potency and stench to the C99.

The C99 I got the one seed from was finished in 8 weeks and the skunk is supposed to be an early finisher as well, I'm counting on the resulting cross to be my keeper strain for a while at least.... fingers crossed.

Sounds like a plan I've seen on a few other journals where they use a small brush rather than useing the spray bottle so you can keep it controlled to the one branch

Just made a little spray shield by taping two pieces of card stock together and, took her out the tent and gave a couple of lower branches about 20 sprays.

Switched lights to 12/12

Nearly 2 weeks of spraying, I went heavy on it the first week then eased off and micro managed the spraying.

No signs of balls but the site is looking beat up and its not putting out hairs like the rest of the bud sites.

I'm nearly out of the spray so I'm a little nervous that it aint gonna happen

Looking good mate any idea how long they usually take to produce some sacks ?
Are you going to remove them or just let it pollinate itself ? :peace:

I was thinking around the 2 week mark... there's a reply above that says it took 15 days so I would say between 2-3 weeks there should be some action.

I'm just going to let her go, pollinate herself and the Super Skunk.
