Buyer Beware

More on-line seed banks are created with non-storefront offices. Anyone can rent an office which rents the same office space to others. One secretary is hired or agent who collects the mail and holds it for the office renter.
Some of the higher rent spaces also use the secretary to answer phones; however, most use basic answering services. However, some of these are used basically to pick up mail.
Also, if they advertise credit card services, you will probably find out that their "reader" is down, and at the moment only cash or MO are options.

So beware of Non-storefront or "online only" orders.

One example is SOL seeds. This business changed sometime in March 2019, with positive reviews up until that time, now all complain of scam or rip-off.
