busted with grow room

A friend of mine's house was recently searched by the cops. They found a grow room with nothing growing in it at the time.

He wasn't there at the time, but now the cops want to talk to him...........my question is.....could he be in trouble, just for having the equipment without any plants? I suspect this happened from an anonymous tip.

i bet not since he didnt have any plants or bud.

how did he get cought? that makes me paranoid as hell

no he cannot get in any trouble he is going to grow tomatoes but now he is definatley on the radar he needs to move and tell alot less people but the cops better not have taken his shit it is all legal to have so if they dont have his equipment i would inqnore the popo and move
