Bush Doctor Coco-Loco?

So at my work my boss wants to start using this mix straight from the bag. I suggested still cutting it with 2 or 3 1gallon scoops of perlite. Has anybody used this stuff? what's you suggestion.

I cant imagine perlite would hurt but ive only ever used hydro nutes. Maybe organics need more muddy mix.
