Bulb too close? Shriveled leaves (picture)

This plant was looking perfectly fine yesterday. Today, it looks like this...

I'm using 2 40W daylight CFLs. I'm assuming it got too close to the bulb. Is this a good assumption? I just moved the lights higher.

Anything I should do about this now? Just leave the leaves on?

It stays around 82-85 in there when the lights are on. I'm really kicking myself. I made a new larger growbox for the room yesterday. With my new setup, it is kind of hard to see EXACTLY how far the lights are from the tops of the plants. I was messing with it all day yesterday and decided to leave the lights where they were. This one is much larger than my other two so I'm assuming it may have only been 1-1.5 inches from the bulb. Now it's probably about 3".

Those lights should be 1" away from the leaves, at most 2 inches. With a fan on the plant.

I would move the light 2" away since you could use a little stretching there it seems too short.

3 inches is too far away, 1" is ideal after you get it to stretch more but you MUST HAVE A FAN on it.

Also, not sure if it makes a difference but there is foil along the walls and floor of the grow box. I have a fan blowing in so they should be getting air.
